"What a privilege it is to advance the Cause of Justice for our amazing Clients."

Attorney Consultation

Scott D. Brown has spent four decades doing one thing: helping accident victims "weather the storm". Over his 43 year career, he has successfully handled many hundreds of injury and wrongful death cases from L.A. to Buffalo, and has never lost a jury trial. Clients trust him with the cases that matter most.

Scott's standing in the legal community reflects that track record. Martindale-Hubbell awarded him its highest rating ("AV") in both legal competency and ethics, a distinction earned through peer review and reserved for attorneys at the top of their field. He has personally handled two of the cases named by Chief Justice Richard C. Howe as the most significant tort decisions the Utah Supreme Court issued in 1999.

Born and raised in Murray, Utah, Scott is a happy husband, father of four, and grandfather of 15. He lived in France for five years and is fluent in French. He enjoys the family cabin, archery, cheering on the grandkids, and serving in his church.
